Signature: sign documents FAQ
What is this app?
An iPhone and Android app (called SignQuick on Android) for signing PDFs and photos of documents: draw your signature and initials with a finger or capture them from paper, place them on the pages you need and save the result as PDF, JPG or PNG. The seller on the App Store is GAL APP LTD.
Is this an electronic signature?
No. The app places an image of your own handwritten signature on the document — just like signing a printout and scanning it. It is not a qualified electronic signature or a certificate.
Which documents can I sign?
PDFs and plain-text files (.txt) from Files — the app converts text to PDF for you — and photos of documents from your library. Save a Word or PowerPoint document as PDF first.
How much does it cost?
The app is free to download. Unlimited document signing comes with PRO: on iPhone it is bought in the app through the App Store, and the price in your local currency is shown before you pay. On Android, PRO can currently be paid only with a card issued by a Russian bank.
Do I need an account? Where do my documents go?
No account is needed. Documents and signatures are processed and stored on your phone — more in the privacy policy.
Is there an Android version?
Yes. The Android version, SignQuick, installs from the website as an APK, no Google Play needed: SignQuick for Android (Android 8.0 or newer). Creating signatures and initials is free; PRO for signing documents on Android can currently be paid only with a card issued by a Russian bank, so outside Russia it is not available on Android yet.
How do I cancel?
For a subscription bought in the app, on your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
How do I contact support?
In the app: Settings → Support. Leave a contact for the reply — an email or a Telegram username.
