These Website Purchase Terms (the “Terms”) apply when you buy a Premium subscription or a credit pack for the Temfy: AI Comic & Manga Maker iPhone app (formerly Temfy: AI Comic & Manga Maker; the “App”) on temfy.app/comics/premium/. Website purchases are sold and billed by ART APP LTD (“we”, “us”), a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales, company number 16291637, which also publishes the App on the App Store and handles cancellation and refunds of website purchases. Your use of the App is governed by the App’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By paying on the website you agree to these Terms.
1.1. The App creates comics with AI. Comic pages are paid for with credits, an in-app unit: one comic page costs 15 credits. Credits are not money, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other users.
1.2. A Premium subscription (it may be called “PRO” in the App) gives you credits for every paid period (300 a week, 1,200 a month or 3,000 a year), comics longer than 2 pages (without a subscription a comic has up to 2 pages). The current list is shown on the payment page and in the App before you buy.
1.3. A credit pack is a one-time purchase of the stated number of credits (200, 1,000 or 5,000). It is not a subscription and does not renew.
1.4. The App is available for iPhone only. Purchases made on the website work in the App once you sign in there with the same Apple ID you used on the website (Settings → “Sign in with Apple”). No activation codes are issued.
1.5. You can also buy a subscription or credits in the App through the App Store; such purchases are made with Apple and are governed by Apple’s terms, not by these Terms.
2.1. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes; they are shown on the payment page before you pay. Your bank may convert the amount to your card’s currency. Payment is processed by Stripe.
2.2. Premium on the website is an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly. You pay in advance for each period; the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to the same card until you turn off auto-renewal.
2.3. A credit pack is charged once; nothing else is charged for it.
2.4. Before paying you sign in with Apple. Your purchases are linked to the email address of your Apple ID received from Apple (including a private relay address if you choose “Hide My Email”); the receipt is sent to that address.
3.1. Credits are added in the App once for each paid subscription period (the first and every renewal) and once for each credit pack, after you sign in in the App with the same Apple ID.
3.2. Credits do not expire, including after a subscription ends or is cancelled. If a comic page is not created because of a technical error, the credits charged for it are returned to your balance.
3.3. Without an active Premium subscription, credits can be spent on comics of up to 2 pages.
4.1. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time on the Manage subscription page after signing in with the same Apple ID. Access stays until the end of the paid period. If you cannot sign in, email artappltd@gmail.com from the address that received the receipt.
4.2. Not happy? You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment or of a credit pack payment by emailing artappltd@gmail.com. Credits added for a refunded payment may be removed from your balance. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, this does not affect your statutory rights.
4.3. If Premium does not turn on or credits do not arrive in the App after you sign in with the same Apple ID, contact us at artappltd@gmail.com and we will restore access or refund you.
5.1. We provide website purchases with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with website purchases is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim.
5.2. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a problem, please contact us first.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at temfy.app/comics/terms.html. Changes do not affect a period or a credit pack you have already paid for.
