These Website Subscription Terms (the “Terms”) apply when you buy Premium for Motivation & Daily Quotes, a daily quotes app (the “App”), on temfy.app/quotes/premium/. Website purchases are sold and billed by ART APP LTD (“we”, “us”), a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales, company number 16291637, which also handles their cancellation and refunds. The iPhone version of the App is published on the App Store by TEM APP LTD; the App’s data practices are described in its Privacy Policy. By paying on the website you agree to these Terms.
1.1. Premium unlocks in the App: an unlimited quote feed (without Premium, 3 quotes are available), all quote topics, a home screen widget with a new quote every hour (without Premium, one quote of the day) and daily “Quote of the day” notifications. The current list is shown on the payment page and in the App before you buy.
1.2. Premium bought on the website works in the App on iPhone and in the Android version of the App, which is distributed as an APK from our website (temfy.app/quotes/android/), not through Google Play. On iPhone, Premium can also be bought in the App through the App Store; such purchases are made with Apple and are governed by Apple’s terms, not by these Terms.
1.3. On iPhone, the App finds a website purchase when you sign in to it with the same Apple ID you used on the website: Settings → “Account” → “Sign in with Apple”. On Android, if you open the payment page from the App (Premium screen → “Continue”), the purchase is linked to the App on that device automatically and Premium turns on after payment; otherwise, open the Premium screen in the App, tap “Restore purchases” and sign in with the same Google account you used on the website. The App has no field for entering codes.
2.1. Premium on the website is an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes; they are shown on the payment page before you pay. Your bank may convert the amount to your card’s currency.
2.2. Payment is processed by Stripe. You pay in advance for each period; the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to the same card until you turn off auto-renewal.
2.3. Before paying you sign in with Apple (for the App on iPhone) or with Google (for the App on Android). Your subscription is linked to the email address of that account (with Apple, this may be an Apple private relay address); the receipt is sent to that address.
3.1. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time on the Manage subscription page (in the Android App: Settings → “Manage subscription”) after signing in with the same Apple ID or Google account. Access stays until the end of the paid period. If you cannot sign in, email artappltd@gmail.com from the address that received the receipt.
3.2. Not happy? You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by emailing artappltd@gmail.com. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, this does not affect your statutory rights.
3.3. If Premium does not turn on in the App, contact us at artappltd@gmail.com and we will restore access or refund you.
4.1. We provide the website subscription with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a website subscription is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
4.2. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a problem, please contact us first.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at temfy.app/quotes/terms.html. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
